JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop, manage, and execute detailed project plans, schedules, and resource forecasts.
- Lead day-to-day project delivery, coordinating tasks, milestones, and resource utilization.
- Ensure project delivery meets agreed requirements, scope, and quality standards.
- Apply appropriate delivery methodologies inline with the direction of the program manager.
- Manage and control project scope, proactively identifying and communication changes or impacts.
- Maintain, assess, and provide mitigation strategies for project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure alignment with Vivants broader digital transformation and Enterprise Architecture guidelines.
- Engage in effective and tailored communication across business owners, technical teams, and the wider Vivant.
- Manage project budgets forecasts, financial tracking, and procurement activities.
- Support business case development and benefits alignment for assigned projects.
- Develop and support change management activities to ensure project delivery is a success.
- Ensuring project work adheres to Vivants policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- 5+ years of project management experience in an enterprise environment
- A minimum of 2x major technology implementation projects.
- Proven experience in managing complex, large-scale projects.
- Proven experience in delivering projects within a multi-year digital transformation program.
- Strong experience in the delivery of ERP solutions with knowledge of major providers.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
- Strong experience is managing vendor relationships and negotiation with a proven background in ensuring the best outcomes.
- Knowledge/experience of utility industry preferable
