JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage and optimize enterprise network infrastructure to ensure stable, secure, and efficient connectivity for business operations and US client systems.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and recommend improvements for capacity, reliability, and overall system efficiency.
- Support network solution design, implementation, upgrades, automation, and integration of infrastructure tools and technologies.
- Strengthen IT security by monitoring risks, supporting incident response, implementing preventive measures, and assisting with business continuity and compliance activities.
- Contribute to documentation, process standardization, and knowledge sharing while leading resolution of non-routine network issues in a fast-paced environment.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or any related course
- CCNA required (CCNP, or equivalent, strongly preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Networking related field with network project experience
- Minimum 4 years of IT experience
- Multinational Corporation networking experience is preferred
- Experience of administering a medium-sized network (750+ nodes) experience is preferred
