JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage, maintain, and optimize Windows and Linux server infrastructure to support critical business applications and operational stability.
- Troubleshoot complex server-related issues, monitor system performance, and recommend improvements to enhance reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
- Support infrastructure solution design, deployment, upgrades, automation, and integration across server platforms and related systems.
- Ensure server security by assisting in threat monitoring, incident handling, preventive controls, business continuity planning, and compliance support.
- Drive process improvements through technical documentation, knowledge base development, and standardization while resolving non-standard technical challenges.
