JOB DESCRIPTION
- Supervises and coordinates the actives of the Bookkeeping, Tax & Reports Unit Head, Accounting and Tax Officer, Treasury Operations Officer, Bookkeeper, and Securities Custodian.
- Ensures the accurate and timely remittance and payment of taxes, adhering to regulatory deadlines and standards.
- Oversees the timely booking of Company transactions, ensuring the Company’s books of accounts, general ledgers, and subsidiary ledgers are consistently updated.
- Reviews monthly schedules and reconciles them with supporting documents, ensuring all balances are accurately reflected in the Trial Balance.
- Facilitates periodic closing of books and reviews adjusting and closing entries to ensure propriety and accuracy.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Has experience in treasury operations
- Has five years of experience in accounting
