Our client is a business process outsourcing services company focused on the insurance industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Conduct hiring process related tasks according to relevant standards with high quality and efficiency. Effectively articulate the RSP Employer Value Proposition and promote the organization to engage candidates through the hiring process.
  • Participate in various recruiting and marketing projects/activities as a project member, such as job fair, campus recruiting, etc. to satisfy hiring demands and promote RSP branding in the talent markets.
  • Coordinate with existing recruiting agencies, implement and maintain recruitment advertisement posting as required to ensure the adequacy of resume pool; Assist leader to develop recruitment monthly advertisement plan and maintain recruiting channels for a steady supply to meet the new-hire demands.
  • Update corresponding recruiting records accurately and timely; Assist to generate basic reports based on the requirements.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Good English communication skills (verbal and written). 
  • Good presentation skills and time management skills 
  • Patient and detail oriented.
  • Good at operating Windows and MS Office.
