JOB DESCRIPTION
- Hold full P&L accountability. Plans and directs all aspects of the organization’s operations, including day-to-day operations, selling of services to new clients, upgrading service offer to existing clients, finance and accounting.
- Responsible for automation decisions, manpower efficiency, service lines. Supports the company’s performance, and over time, its expansion, including international expansion, drive achievement of financial plans and enhances the organization’s brand position in the industry.
- Develop and implement strategies to deliver commitments to clients.
- Oversees and manage resources to accomplish financial control, achieve cost reduction and accomplish margin goals and improvements, including in the areas of Pricing, Vendor Management, Operating Cost management, defines budgets and targets, oversees financial accounting, reporting and financial controls, develops a defensible and manageable capital expenditure plan.
- Develop and implement strategies to protect and growth revenue with new and existing clients, domestic and international, including New Service Lines, New Business Development, for existing and new clients, Meets and acquires new clients, and prunes or exits underperforming, unproductive client relations and Brand Management
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Must have experience in handling operations in Finance/Accounting/Human Resources/IT
Background in outsourcing business - 10+ years of working experience in top-level management
- Exposure in business development, scaling teams and expanding client base
