HR Business Partner AVP

CLIENT: 

Our client is a PSE-listed power company with a diverse portfolio in renewable and thermal energy generation, distribution, and retail electricity supply.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Lead strategic HR initiatives across multiple sites nationwide
  • Manage complex labor relations and ensure compliance with DOLE regulations
  • Design and implement employee engagement programs to improve retention and culture
  • Drive organizational development and change management initiatives
  • Oversee the rollout of HR policies, programs, and performance management systems.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business, or any related field
  • Strong managerial HR experience, with exposure to large-scale or multi-site operations
  • Proven expertise in labor relations, employee engagement, and organizational development
  • Industry experience in power generation, renewables, utilities, mining, oil & gas, or water utilities preferred
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at senior levels.
