JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead strategic HR initiatives across multiple sites nationwide
- Manage complex labor relations and ensure compliance with DOLE regulations
- Design and implement employee engagement programs to improve retention and culture
- Drive organizational development and change management initiatives
- Oversee the rollout of HR policies, programs, and performance management systems.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business, or any related field
- Strong managerial HR experience, with exposure to large-scale or multi-site operations
- Proven expertise in labor relations, employee engagement, and organizational development
- Industry experience in power generation, renewables, utilities, mining, oil & gas, or water utilities preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at senior levels.
