JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Set and meet overall sales objectives and targets, driving revenue and profitability.
  • Develop and Implement Growth Strategies: Establish and execute a comprehensive growth plan with clear objectives to achieve high growth rates and market expansion.
  • Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities across various sectors. Actively visit and engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Motivate, monitor, and further develop the sales team. Implement effective marketing and sales activities while ensuring high performance and development within the team.
  • Extended Leadership in Finance and Logistics: Provide strategic guidance to finance and logistics teams to support business operations and growth.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of solid sales management experience, with a proven track record in sales leadership and achievements.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in and knowledge of sectors such as Food and Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Oil and Gas, and Power Generation/Distribution are advantageous.
  • Skills: Demonstrated experience in developing client-focused and achievable solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret market and business trends.
  • A self-driven, motivated leadership approach with the ability to coach and provide clear direction to a high-performance sales team.
  • Hands-on leadership capability to lead short, medium, and long-term business plans and ensure their successful execution.
