An Australian BPO company with 3 sites in Makati, Ortigas and Taguig.


  • Manage all aspects of the product or project implementation in the assigned country
  • Communicate with the primary office, report on progress, and act as the organization’s representative in that country
  • Coordinate, develop and oversee staff, projects and the company culture
  • Develop goals and establish standard operating procedure that are aligned with the organization’s NEXT GEN culture
  • Must possess a high degree of financial acumen, with demonstrated understanding that revenue generated must return a profit
  • Defines and implements annual budget plans and provides regular reports to the headquarters
  • Ensure account management, client services and day to day operations and associated departments are sound and in place of growth
  • Assess company progress, client stability, marketing successes and compiles designated reports to submit to the headquarters
  • Mentor direct reports


  • Candidate must hold a similar or higher position in a BPO setting
  • Candidate should have adept experience in the BPO sector
  • Must have extensive experience in managing international business
  • Candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Six Sigma Black Belt and PMP Certification is a preference but not required
  • Extensive knowledge in Philippine Labor Law and Culture
  • Ability to create and implement employee programs to improve effectiveness
