JOB DESCRIPTION
Strategic Financial Leadership
- Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and growth plans.
- Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to drive data-driven decision-making and enhance profitability.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning, ensuring agility in response to market shifts.
Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, adhering to IFRS and local regulatory standards.
- Oversee taxation, audit, and financial compliance across multiple markets.
- Strengthen internal governance and risk management frameworks.
Operational & Supply Chain Finance
- Partner with supply chain and operations teams to optimize working capital, cost control, and end-to-end efficiency.
- Enhance supply chain planning processes to support the company’s commercial strategy.
- Drive cost and profitability management, ensuring financial sustainability and operational excellence.
Business Growth & Commercial Finance
- Provide financial leadership on pricing, contracts, and strategic partnerships with key pharmaceutical clients.
- Support business expansion, including M&A, investment strategies, and digital transformation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board, translating financial insights into actionable business strategies.
Stakeholder Management & Leadership
- Engage and influence global, regional, and local stakeholders, including investors, banks, regulatory bodies, and industry leaders.
- Demonstrate executive presence and gravitas, earning credibility with the Board and senior leadership.
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Partner with commercial, operations, and supply chain leaders to drive cross-functional alignment and execution.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Proven CFO experience in a large-scale, multinational organization, managing full financial functions (FP&A, reporting, accounting, taxation, and supply chain finance).
- Local and regional experience in the Philippines and Southeast Asia, with deep knowledge of regulatory environments.
- Industry expertise in FMCG or pharmaceuticals is a must.
- Strong track record of stakeholder management, with the ability to command a room, influence decision-makers, and build high-impact relationships.
- Executive presence and gravitas, with the ability to engage at the highest levels, including Board and global leadership teams.
- Expertise in financial governance, compliance, and strategic financial planning.
- Experience leading finance teams in a fast-growing, complex global business environment.
