JOB DESCRIPTION
- Source and purchase medical devices, spare parts, and consumables from international suppliers.
- Coordinate with brokers and freight forwarders to manage import and export processes.
- Ensure on-time, cost-effective, and compliant delivery of shipments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing requirements.
- Ensure full compliance with company procurement policies and regulatory requirements, including BOC licensing.
- Prepare, maintain, and present procurement reports and analyses to senior management.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of procurement experience, preferably in healthcare or medical device distribution, with a strong background in supplier and vendor management.
- Solid track record in international logistics, including coordination with brokers, shipping companies, and Bureau of Customs (BOC) importation processes.
- Proficient in procurement systems and tools, with strong analytical, negotiation, and compliance knowledge.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with excellent communication skills in English.
