JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead the implementation of Health, Environment, Safety, and Quality (HESQ) programs across local operations
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) and PH regulatory requirements (DOLE, DENR)
- Oversee incident reporting, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives using systems like Synergi or similar
- Conduct training and capability-building sessions to promote a strong safety culture
- Collaborate with regional HESQ teams to align local practices with global standards
JOB QUALIFICATION
- At least 5 years of experience in HESQ, operations, or quality management within chemical, manufacturing, or supply chain industries
