JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead and manage the technical department, including R&D, process engineering, and technical support.
- Oversee the research and development of new products and technologies.
- Manage technical projects from conception to completion.
- Establish and maintain quality control standards and procedures.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff
JOB QUALIFICATION

- College degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
- Strong competence in R&D of chemicals
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a technical leadership role within the chemical industry.
- Willing to be assigned in Guiguinto, Bulacan.
