JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead and develop the Manila-based procurement and payables team
- Oversee the full purchase-to-pay cycle
- Act as operational purchaser for one vessel
- Provide technical procurement guidance in shipping operations
- Champion change management initiatives and process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Maritime Studies, or related field
- Strong background in shipping or marine operations, ideally with technical procurement experience
- Proven leadership experience in supervising and developing teams
