JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conduct a thorough assessment of the organization’s current finance operations, including processes, systems, and resources.
- Identifying opportunities for centralization and standardization of finance functions across business units or regions.
- Develop a comprehensive roadmap for the implementation of captive finance shared services, including timelines, resource requirements, and key milestones.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gain buy-in and support for the shared services model.
- Oversee the execution of the shared services model, including the transition of finance functions to the shared services centre, implementation of new processes and systems, and ongoing monitoring and optimization of performance.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Finance Shared Services Expertise: Proven experience in developing, implementing, and improving finance shared services across Asian countries.
- Leadership & Change Management: Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams, driving performance, and leading change initiatives.
- Project & Time Management: Skilled in handling multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and managing risks and resources effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of financial systems, ERP software, Excel, and finance-related technologies.
- Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across various levels.
- Industry Knowledge: Preferably experienced in services, logistics, or agency sectors, with awareness of industry trends and best practices.
- Personal Effectiveness: Self-starter with high attention to detail, emotional intelligence, adaptability, and a strong customer service orientation.
