JOB DESCRIPTION
- Developing legal handbook to document processes and procedures for the Legal Team.
- Providing administrative support to legal function training programs, for example booking rooms, organizing invitations, approaching speakers from outside Group Legal
- Preparing draft responses to queries within scope of experience and by reference to precedents, with all drafts to be settled by senior lawyers.
- Conducting legal research in response to legal queries as required.
- Gathering background information from stakeholders necessary for contract reviews.
- Ensuring signed contracts are saved in accordance with contract management.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with legal research, contract review, and document management
- Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys, clients, and other team members.
