Our client is a PSE-listed power company with a diverse portfolio in renewable and thermal energy generation, distribution, and retail electricity supply.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead and oversee employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and workplace culture
- Manage labor relations, including employee discipline, grievance handling, and compliance with DOLE regulations
- Provide HR advisory support to leaders on organizational development, performance management, and employee relations strategies
- Drive the implementation of HR policies, programs, and change initiatives across the plant site
- Partner with management in workforce planning, succession management, and talent development
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business, or any related field
- Minimum of 5 years managerial or supervisory HR experience
- Strong background in labor relations and employee engagement; union experience is an advantage
- Experience in power generation, renewables, utilities, or mining industries preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels
