Our client is a fintech-solar company driving residential solar adoption in the Philippines, combining clean energy solutions with innovative financing to make installations more accessible and scalable.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead the end-to-end solar installation process, ensuring efficiency and quality
- Scale operations from 5–6 to 30+ installations per month
- Build and manage in-house and third-party installation teams
- Establish process structure and enforce compliance with PH electrical codes & net metering
- Drive continuous improvement in project management, safety, and quality standards
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Licensed Professional Electrical Engineer (PEE) highly preferred
- At least 4–6 years of experience in the solar industry, ideally in residential installations
- Strong background in solar system design, installation, and compliance
- Proven leadership in building and scaling engineering or technical teams
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, start-up environment with investor-driven culture
