Our client is a global LNG shipping and energy infrastructure company, specializing in liquefied natural gas transport and floating regasification operations.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Maintain and update AMOS master data covering machinery, maintenance plans, and spare parts
- Review and evaluate Change Requests from vessel crew, ensuring accuracy and technical correctness
- Validate maintenance, cleaning, and replacement requirements based on manuals, drawings, and OEM documentation
- Support new vessel AMOS database builds and ensure alignment with global templates and standards
- Coordinate with fleet teams and provide technical support to Maintenance leadership
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Marine Engineer with experience as a Second Engineer (or strong Third Engineer) on LNG or tanker vessels
- 8 to 15 years of engineering experience in global fleet or international vessel operations
- Hands-on familiarity with AMOS or similar ship maintenance systems
- Strong understanding of marine machinery, spare parts, and preventive maintenance practices
- Experience in process improvement, standardization, or system enhancement initiatives
