Business Development Manager

CLIENT: 

Our client is a PSE-listed holding company engaged in power generation, distribution, and commercial electricity supply.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Lead financial analysis and modeling to assess project viability and profitability
  • Structure project financing for large-scale infrastructure or on-grid power generation initiatives
  • Oversee end-to-end project development, including due diligence, permitting, CSP participation, and stakeholder engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Regulatory Compliance, Finance, Operations, Legal) for project alignment and execution
  • Build and manage relationships with regulatory bodies, LGUs, investors, and other stakeholders
  • Represent the company in negotiations and strategic discussions with partners

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Strong bacground in corporate finance, financial modeling, and project financing
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development within utilities (preferably power generation) or infrastructure
  • Proven experience in end-to-end project development, from feasibility studies to execution
  • Familiarity with regulatory processes and securing permits for infrastructure or energy projects
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align diverse interests toward a common goal
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills for engaging with executives, partners, and regulators
