Our client is a new local advertising agency with international awards & recognitions. They started in the Philippines in 2017, known for their out of the box advertisements. They have operations in New York, Columbia, and Canada. 


  • Collaborate with the Accounts, Creatives, Media, PR and Strategy teams to service our roster of clients for their integrated creative needs

  • Help uphold the social & digital excellence across all GIGIL campaigns

  • Lead the social & digital thought leadership in the agency through the help of the executive committee to keep GIGIL campaigns envelope-pushing and award-winning

  • Develop content strategy, co-implement integrated creative campaigns, direct the tracking and optimization of social & digital executions

  • Collaborate with Strategy team to use data, research, and insight to uncover jump-off points for big creative ideas

  • Work with the Social department creatives & strategists to plan and implement the creative social media needs of clients


  • Min 4 years of social strategy experience that brings with it the ability to solve complex problems, partner with clients and earn their trust
  • Proven track record in a similar role – preferably 2-3 years of experience in a similar industry
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to analyze content data from digital platforms analytics
  • Familiar with content audit and strategy development process
  • Experience working with senior client stakeholders and gaining their trust as a strategic advisor
  • The ability to structure and present a clear narrative and argument
  • Good experience in developing integrated communications and driving through the line social communications strategy
