Their platform reduces manual work, boosts efficiency, and supports growth without adding more staff.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- System Ownership & Strategy
- Act as the HubSpot product owner across CRM, Marketing, and Sales Hubs
- Design and maintain end-to-end infrastructure, including lifecycle stages, lead scoring, custom fields, and campaign tracking
- Proactively identify gaps, recommend improvements, and execute them without waiting for direction
Full Funnel Ops & Automation
- Build and manage workflows for lifecycle transitions, lead nurturing, sales handoffs, and alerts
- Implement scalable processes for attribution, tracking, data enrichment, and lead routing
- Ensure integrations (e.g., Webflow, ZoomInfo, UserPilot, BI tools, ect) function seamlessly and support GTM needs
Reporting & Attribution
- Create and manage dashboards and reporting for Marketing, BDR, and Sales performance
- Implement and manage multi-touch attribution, pipeline velocity, conversion metrics, and campaign ROI
- Ensure exec-ready reporting is always accessible and actionable
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Marketing on UTM strategy, email templates, and campaign builds
- Align with Sales leadership on pipeline structure, SLA monitoring, and performance workflows
- Collaborate with BDRs on lifecycle, lead stages, and reporting
JOB QUALIFICATION
- 4+ years owning HubSpot in a growth-stage B2B SaaS environment
- Deep expertise in HubSpot setup, automation, reporting, and integrations
- Strong operational mind, able to architect solutions and explain them to non-technical stakeholder
- Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and lead marketing and revops tech strategy
- Bonus: Familiarity with , Webflow, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, and BI tools
