Oracle SCM Lead Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Analyze complex business problems to be solved with Oracle ERP systemsIdentify gaps and provide technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications in Oracle Fusion Supply chain modules including Supplier Qualification Management, Purchasing, Sourcing, Contracts and Inventory.
  • Configure system settings and options; plan and execute unit, integration and acceptance testing to meet business requirements.
  • Provide in-depth knowledge and consultation to users, project teams and 3rd parties in the area of expertise.
  • Work with cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.
  • Communicate laterally and engage others across the organization.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, finance, or engineering, with a preference for candidates with strong functional or technical backgrounds in Oracle Fusion ERP.
  • Industry Experience: At least 5 years of industry experience, including hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Procurement and Inventory modules, and exposure to Fusion Supply Chain Management modules.
  • Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP, particularly Procurement and Inventory, with a solid understanding of SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Experience with system integrations, particularly integration with Oracle Fusion, is a strong plus.
  • Support and Troubleshooting: Proven experience in supporting and troubleshooting existing applications, such as Oracle Forms, OTBI Reports, BI Publisher Reports, and interfaces, with an ability to participate in root cause analysis and resolve issues within SLA.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with both technical IT teams and business teams, ensuring clear understanding across diverse audiences.
  • Project Management and Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational skills and time management are essential.
  • Best Practices and Collaboration: Actively participates in team discussions to drive improvements and shares best practices for enhancing overall organizational performance.
  • Able to start ASAP or within 30 days
