JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead the HR Data and Reporting Unit under the HR Technical Section of the HR Service Center, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of HR reports.
- Train, coach, and monitor performance of HR Data Reporting Analysts.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to forecast outcomes and support strategic HR decisions.
- Coordination with HR Systems, QA, and Support teams to ensure data integrity across HR systems.
- Manage reporting requirements of stakeholders and propose data-driven solutions.
- Enhance reporting processes and tools to strengthen HR analytics capabilities.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- At least 5 years of HR reporting/analytics experience, with 2 years in a lead role.
- Strong knowledge of HR metrics (turnover, headcount, recruitment, performance, engagement, etc.).
- Proficient in Excel and HR reporting/analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Workday, SAP, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver insights to senior leadership.
