HR Technical Data Reporting Team Lead

Our client is a leading global humanitarian and international development organization.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Lead the HR Data and Reporting Unit under the HR Technical Section of the HR Service Center, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of HR reports.
  • Train, coach, and monitor performance of HR Data Reporting Analysts.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to forecast outcomes and support strategic HR decisions.
  • Coordination with HR Systems, QA, and Support teams to ensure data integrity across HR systems.
  • Manage reporting requirements of stakeholders and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Enhance reporting processes and tools to strengthen HR analytics capabilities.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • At least 5 years of HR reporting/analytics experience, with 2 years in a lead role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR metrics (turnover, headcount, recruitment, performance, engagement, etc.).
  • Proficient in Excel and HR reporting/analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Workday, SAP, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver insights to senior leadership.
