JOB DESCRIPTION
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and operational owner of Microsoft 365 services, ensuring stable and reliable day-to-day operations.
- Manage end-to-end M365 service operations, including monitoring, incident handling, root cause analysis, and coordination with internal teams and vendors.
- Implement and continuously improve Microsoft Purview compliance controls, ensuring alignment with security and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee access management, data protection, and governance policies, including DLP, sensitivity labels, retention, and external sharing controls.
- Administer and maintain endpoint compliance and device lifecycle using Microsoft Intune / MDM.
- Optimize M365 environments to ensure performance, availability, standardization, and operational resilience.
- Provide advisory support to IT and business stakeholders on M365 best practices, governance, and adoption strategies.
- Monitor and analyze usage, adoption, and compliance metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across collaboration platforms.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
- At least 5–7 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration, collaboration tools, and digital workplace management.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 suite, including Teams, SharePoint Online (internal & external), OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
- Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview, including DLP, sensitivity labels, retention policies, eDiscovery, and audit.
- Proven experience in endpoint management using Microsoft Intune / MDM, ensuring device compliance and security.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management, governance, and information protection within M365.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, internal policies, regulatory requirements) related to collaboration platforms.
- Amenable to work in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite in Makati, 2 days work-from-home).
