JOB DESCRIPTION
- Team Leadership & Delivery Oversight
- Lead, mentor, and develop three functional teams (Assets, Pro Services, Migration) team members.
- Own project prioritization, resource allocation, and quality assurance across templated, custom, and migration deliverables.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality widgets, dashboards, bots, and datasets aligned to client needs and product standards.
Process, Standards & Quality
- Define and enforce standardized methodologies for dashboard and widget design (naming, layout, filters, KPIs, etc.).
- Establish SLAs, intake processes, and documentation practices across teams.
- Ensure seamless and accurate data replication during migration projects.
Client-Facing & Cross-Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Engineering to manage timelines and expectations on custom work.
- Support escalation management and quality control for premium Pro Services engagements.
- Provide guidance to clients looking to customize templated assets—balancing DIY tools and services revenue.
Strategy & Transformation
- Lead the gradual consolidation of the Assets and Pro Services teams into a unified “Data Strategy and Solutions” function.
- Support product leadership in transitioning templated assets into a client-customizable library.
- Identify opportunities to automate migration and customization processes for greater scale and efficiency.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, with 2+ years in a team lead or manager role.
- Experience managing analytics delivery teams in a B2B or SaaS environment—ideally with service delivery or professional services exposure.
- Familiarity with dashboarding and reporting platforms (e.g.Power BI, Tableau, custom platforms).
- Strong understanding of MSP tool ecosystems (e.g., ConnectWise, Datto, N-able, Kaseya).
- Demonstrated experience standardizing analytics assets and managing concurrent client projects.
- Ability to manage both technical team members and client relationships effectively.
- Organized, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a dynamic, product-led environment.
