JOB DESCRIPTION
- Collaborate closely with logistics leadership to develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with logistics department objectives and overall organizational goals.
- Lead and oversee the recruitment and onboarding of talents, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent to support the department’s growth.
- Act as a trusted advisor to logistics leadership and employees, addressing concerns, providing guidance, and resolving workplace issues to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Partner with logistics leaders to identify high-potential employees, create succession plans, and develop talent acquisition strategies for critical roles within the logistics department.
- Support the development and execution of performance management processes, including goal setting, regular feedback, and performance evaluations.
- Assist in managing organizational changes within the logistics group, providing communication plans, guidance, and support during transitions.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to ensure competitive compensation packages and benefits offerings for logistics employees.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention within the logistics group.
- Ensure HR policies are aligned with organizational standards and compliance requirements.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Must have proven HR leadership experience, ideally within logistics or supply chain functions.
- Expertise in talent acquisition, development, succession planning, change and transition management
