- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business objectives.
- Oversee recruitment efforts, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and selection, to attract and retain top talent.
- Address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and practices.
- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
- Identify training needs, develop training programs, and facilitate employee development opportunities.
- Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication.
- Collaborate with the compensation and benefits team to design and administer competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, staying up-to-date with changes in HR legislation.
- Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10 years of progressive HR experience, including 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
