JOB DESCRIPTION
- Monitor and analyze weekly and monthly sales volumes, retail performance, and financial ratios.
- Prepare, review, and control OPEX and CAPEX budgets, including uploads in SAP and BOBJ.
- Coordinate with department heads for budget planning, compliance, and reporting processes.
- Support strategic and operational planning, including quarterly reviews and long-term business plans.
- Analyze financial feasibility and IRR for new and existing retail stations and major investments.
- Conduct benchmarking and gather market intelligence on industry players and trends.
- Manage corporate risk monitoring, ISO reporting, and compliance-related reports.
- Assist in SAP ERP/BOBJ support and create various budget and performance reports.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Master’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or Marketing.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business planning, budgeting, and compliance.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Proficiency in SAP and financial reporting tools is a plus.
- Willing to work on a day shift and hybrid setup in Subic.
