- Oversee daily operations for insurance processes.
- Monitor SLAs, dashboards, and ensure audit readiness
- Lead and coach team leaders; manage performance metrics
- Handle client escalations and maintain service excellence
- Drive continuous improvement and support strategic operations
JOB QUALIFICATION
- People management experience
- Background in insurance operations
- Experience in regulated BPO environments
- Proven track record managing KPIs, process improvements, and escalations
- Strong leadership presence and stakeholder engagement skills
