JOB DESCRIPTION

  •  Oversee daily operations for insurance processes.
  • Monitor SLAs, dashboards, and ensure audit readiness
  • Lead and coach team leaders; manage performance metrics
  • Handle client escalations and maintain service excellence
  • Drive continuous improvement and support strategic operations

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • People management experience
  • Background in insurance operations
  • Experience in regulated BPO environments
  • Proven track record managing KPIs, process improvements, and escalations
  • Strong leadership presence and stakeholder engagement skills
