JOB DESCRIPTION
- Implement talent acquisition strategies in the Philippines, optimizing recruitment processes and ensuring high-quality candidates within budget.
- Customize global talent practices to comply with local regulations and support business growth.
- Execute Total Rewards strategies, adapting global practices to local compliance requirements for compensation, benefits, and performance management.
- Lead talent operations by integrating global best practices for a centralized, streamlined, and scalable system.
- Ensure compliance with Philippines labor laws, global talent guidelines, and information security to minimize legal risks.
- Develop and implement talent development strategies to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Build a high-performing Philippines Talent team through workforce planning, recruitment, and employee development.
- Provide timely feedback and coaching, leveraging global talent practices for team capability development.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or any related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience in talent acquisition, total rewards, talent operations, talent management, and capability development.
- At least 5 years of people management experience.
- High level of business awareness.
- Cross-cultural capabilities to effectively work across geographies.
- Extensive knowledge of related HR/Talent areas.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in English and Philippines.
