JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead end-to-end management of strategic, enterprise-wide projects supporting business growth and operational improvement
- Coordinate cross-functional global teams across operations, technology, partnerships, and client management
- Monitor and report strategic KPIs, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes
- Implement PMO methodologies, governance frameworks, and executive-level reporting standards
- Drive projects related to insurance process optimization, regulatory compliance, and technology implementations
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external clients, and third-party partners across multiple time zones
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ project management experience, preferably in BPO, financial services, or insurance
- Proven track record in managing enterprise-level strategic initiatives
- PMP certification preferred; familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and Agile/Scrum methodologies a plus
- Strong skills in KPI tracking, executive reporting, and use of tools like Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Jira
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience working with offshore delivery models and distributed teams
