CLIENT:
Our client is a business process outsourcing services company focused on the insurance industry.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Oversee maintenance of electrical systems, HVAC, UPS, and other facility equipment
- Manage vendor coordination, service contracts, and ensure adherence to SLAs
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards (e.g., PEZA, DOLE, OSHA)
- Supervise security systems (CCTV, access control) and housekeeping operations
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and asset registers using Power BI and Excel
- Support space planning and office build-out projects
- Assist in tracking admin budgets, audit requirements, and documentation
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field
- 6 to 8 years of experience in Facilities Management, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
- Strong communication and vendor management skills
- Familiarity with compliance requirements from BOI, PEZA, DOLE, and LGU
- Experience in managing large-scale or 24/7 operations (a plus)
- Facilities-related certifications (IFMA, FMP, etc.) are a plus but not required
