JOB DESCRIPTION

Reports (preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual; financial reports for external parties and management reports for internal parties)

Budgeting (creation of budgets, monitoring and analysis of actual vs budget)

Financial analysis (support business units for decisions that need financial analysis)

Assist the CFO in improving finance processes
-
Assist in the coordination of annual audit activities of external auditors
-
Liaise, build and maintain good rapport with the different departments
-
Experience with any Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (example: Microsoft Dynamics NAV, SAP, Quickbooks, Acumatica)
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in BS Accountancy
- Licensed Certified Public Accountant
- Minimum 5 years work experience in a securities brokerage company.
- Experience in start-up organizations and fintech industry is an advantage.
- With at least 3 years of work experience in handling external audit including BIR audit
