JOB DESCRIPTION
- Identify and analyze processes for automation opportunities and develop end-to-end solution blueprints

- Design and implement scalable automation solutions using RPA and workflow platforms
- Lead and mentor automation engineers, providing guidance, code reviews, and best practices
- Support stakeholder engagement and deliver training to drive automation adoption within teams
- Oversee solution deployment, performance tracking, and business value measurement
- Collaborate on project planning and execution, managing risks, issues, and timelines
- Ensure automation solutions are maintained, optimized, and aligned with change control processesMaintain and optimize automation solutions
JOB QUALIFICATION
- 14+ years of experience in Technology, with 6+ years in RPA
- Hands-on experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, WinAutomation)
- Strong experience in automation development, workflow design, and solution implementation
- Experience leading or mentoring a small team of developers
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., VBA, Python, JavaScript) and automation frameworks
- Experience in client-facing roles, with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, automation best practices, and project execution
- RPA certifications (e.g., UiPath Advanced Developer) preferred
- Knowledge of insurance processes and use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
