JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead the sales team focused on selling commercial and renewable energy solutions
- Acquire new clients and manage relationships with existing ones
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet growth targets
- Handle contract negotiations and work closely with legal, regulatory, and engineering teams
- Coordinate with regulators such as DOE, ERC, and WESM
- Collaborate with marketing and other internal stakeholders to align messaging and delivery
- Monitor sales performance and contribute to investment planning for client solutions
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial energy sales
- Strong background in contract negotiation and client acquisition
- Proven track record in leading a sales team and growing a portfolio
- Experience working with regulators (DOE, ERC, WESM, etc.)
- Strategic thinker with strong decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills
