Drive and Grow Business Performance

Drive for the highest level of selling techniques, client service, clientele and product knowledge in the Boutique to deliver the best Dior service to our clients.

Client Development Management

Encourage and promote clientele in the Boutique to ensure the highest level of client experience is delivered and consistently maintained.

People Management and Development

Manage the team with constructive & qualitative feedback, coaching and identify the training needs of the staff.

Boutique Operations Management
-
Oversee the daily operations of the Boutique.

Maintain the stock level to be enough for supporting the business and prevent stock loss.

- Education & Professional Qualifications
- Diploma or university graduate in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing or a related discipline
- Work Experience
- Minimum 9 years of relevant working experience with at least 6 years at the managerial level in the luxury retail industry.
