Head of Customer Acquisition

JOB DESCRIPTION

In this role, you will be responsible for leading new user acquisition and user growth efforts to expand our customer base and drive business growth.

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive customer acquisition and growth strategies aligned with the bank’s overall business objectives.
  • Create data-driven plans to target new customer segments and maximize user engagement and retention.

Marketing Campaigns:

  • Oversee the creation, execution, and analysis of multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive new user acquisition.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and data analytics teams to optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.

Performance Measurement:

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer acquisition and growth, such as customer conversion rates, lifetime value, and cost per acquisition.
  • Use data insights to adjust strategies and tactics for continuous improvement.

User Onboarding and Retention:

  • Design and implement effective onboarding processes to maximize user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Develop strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty, such as personalized communication and rewards programs.

Partnerships and Alliances:

  • Identify and build strategic partnerships with other organizations to expand customer reach and enhance acquisition efforts.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals focused on customer acquisition and growth.
  • Provide guidance and support to the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer acquisition and growth roles, preferably within the digital banking or fintech industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and present to senior management.
