Workplace and Collaboration Technologies (WCT) is responsible for delivering productivity and core services regionally, including data networks, telephony, call center end user computing and unified communications. WCT is a part of the Enterprise Infrastructure group and interacts with many internal and external customers for delivering IT services. WCT delivers services that are internally or externally developed and manages a strong relationship with multiple vendors for service delivery.
The Change Manager is the primary face of EI to its business stakeholders for new product introduction and solution development. Acting as a senior consultant to the business, the Change Manager would be responsible for engaging internal (employee) and external (business partner) user groups, plus relevant stakeholders to uncover evolving workplace experience demands, new technology options to meet those experience requirements, and driving the development of innovative, cost effective and efficient solutions, leveraging existing infrastructure and capabilities whenever possible.
S/he is responsible for the strategic planning and execution throughout the entire change management lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing user, product and business requirements, and defining the workplace experience vision. S/he will work closely with counterparties in digital, technology; engineering, operations, support and finance areas to ensure expense, recovery, business requirements and user satisfaction goals are met through the workplace change delivery. S/he will be recognized as an expert in the field of workplace productivity and collaboration technologies, with the ability to translate user needs and business requirements into technology solutions accordingly. The core competency of this role would be the ability to identify user needs, think creatively, engage in rapid prototyping, and transition the concepts towards a system design approach for production readiness and delivery. The Change Manager would also be responsible for creating the financial and technology plans around the entire change management lifecycle.
The role requires an individual who has strong business acumen, is detail-oriented with proven ability to work effectively under conditions requiring speed, creativity and accuracy; along with the ability to handle multiple tasks and varying priorities in deadline-oriented environment. Strong communication, problem solving abilities and critical thinking skills are required to develop meaningful relationships with the business customers, vendors, technology delivery teams and senior management.
This role will report in to the Head of Enterprise Infrastructure, Asia and with a strategic dotted line alignment to the Head of Digital Experience, Asia specifically for user experience responsibilities.
• 8+ years’ experience as a user-centred technology leader or similar management position
• Strong workplace change management portfolio
• Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or equivalent. Master’s degree in business management is preferred
• Working knowledge of wide array of telecommunication, IT infrastructure and desktop technologies, program and financial management, with work experience related to the financial industry
