JOB DESCRIPTION
- Identify and pursue potential partnerships in relation to the lending business.
- Acquire new portfolios through targeted outreach and relationship-building initiatives.
- Work closely with the CEO to develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Draft and negotiate contracts with prospective partners and clients.
- Close deals in a timely and efficient manner, meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven track record in business development or client-facing roles within the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with C-suite executives and other stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets and deliver measurable outcomes.
