JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Identify and pursue potential partnerships in relation to the lending business.
  • Acquire new portfolios through targeted outreach and relationship-building initiatives.
  • Work closely with the CEO to develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts with prospective partners and clients.
  • Close deals in a timely and efficient manner, meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven track record in business development or client-facing roles within the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with C-suite executives and other stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets and deliver measurable outcomes.
