- Business Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement the company’s overall business strategy, in alignment with the company’s mission, vision, and long-term goals.
- Identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges to devise effective business strategies and contingency plans.
- Client Acquisition and Business Development:
- Lead efforts to identify, target, and acquire new clients to expand the company’s customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to facilitate business growth.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to design compelling proposals and pitch presentations.
- Operational Oversight:
- Oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows across all departments.
- Collaborate with department heads to establish performance metrics, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure that targets are met.
- Implement best practices to enhance productivity and streamline operational processes.
- Financial Management:
- Work closely with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and financial models.
- Ensure financial stability and sustainable growth of the company while maximizing profitability.
- Talent Management and Leadership:

- Lead and inspire the executive team and employees to achieve the company’s goals and objectives.
