JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible on achieving company’s profit and cash flow targets and financial reporting to local and regional management.
- Ensure compliance on all local statutory requirements and financial reporting standards.
- Safeguarding of assets and sustain internal control environment.
Profit Analysis
- Review and sign off monthly actuals and forecasts and related variance analysis
- Review and approves Annual budget and Business plans
- Treasury
- Cash management and cash flows
- Accounting
- Ensure compliance with Finance Manual and local GAAP reporting
- Signs off local financial statements for external audit purposes
- Signs local and offshore payments
- Ensure collectability of receivables
- Signs off account reconciliations
- Reports Certification and Representation and Global Accounting Topics to AP
- Taxation
- Ensure compliance on all local and national tax requirements
- Internal Control
- Reports internal control environment to Local Steering Committee monthly and Audit Committee on quarterly basis
- Ensure MCRP completion and compliance
Revenue Management (Vehicles and Parts)

- Reviews pricing strategy, and variable and fixed marketing spending
- Reviews sales planning and inventory management and reporting
