  • Drive and Grow Business Performance

    • Drive for the highest level of selling techniques, client service, clientele and product knowledge in the Boutique to deliver the best Dior service to our clients.

  • Client Development Management

    • Encourage and promote clientele in the Boutique to ensure the highest level of client experience is delivered and consistently maintained.

  • People Management and Development

    • Manage the team with constructive & qualitative feedback, coaching and identify the training needs of the staff.

  • Boutique Operations Management

    • Oversee the daily operations of the Boutique.

    • Maintain the stock level to be enough for supporting the business and prevent stock loss.

  • Education & Professional Qualifications
    • Diploma or university graduate in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing or a related discipline
  • Work Experience
    • Minimum 9 years of relevant working experience with at least 6 years at the managerial level in the luxury retail industry.
