JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Proficiency in all phases of PeopleSoft development including
    technical analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, validation and post
    implementation support.
  • Proactively contributes to technical discussions to help in
    decision making
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts to understand and document
    business requirements
  • Provide production support for all PeopleSoft applications
  • Time and Labor support
    o TL Rules
    o Performance level customizations
    o TL reporting
    o Process monitoring
    o Interface support to 3rd party processes
  • Benefits and BenAdmin support and configuration
    o Open Enrollment annual support of configurations and processes
    o Benefits Administration module, maintenance and support for all
    processes
    o Customize and support based on business requests/needs
    o Benefits reporting setup and support
    o Billing reports
    o Setup, configure and support benefits files to vendors for
    processing
  • PS Financials support, AP, AR, GL, CM, Treasury Recon, Asset
    Management
    o Support, maintain, and development for all modules listed as
    needs/requests by the business.
  • Support interfaces in PS that connect to the GC Invoicing system
  • Development and configuring new interfaces as requested.
  • Reporting development and support
    o Create and support SQRs for all business needs
    o Provide support for PSQuery
  • Duties include PeopleSoft security and administration in support
    of the Security team
    o By request, assign security permissions, and roles as requested
    by the business
    o Troubleshoot security issues in support of the security team
  • Provide support for interfaces that use the PS data. Typically
    extracts or files/processes sent to other GC systems or 3rd party vendors.
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems and improve processes in an effort to increase the level
    and quality of customer service.
  • Identify streamlining possibilities
  • Proactively work toward process improvement

  • Proven experience in the use of
    • PeopleSoft Financial
    • PeopleSoft HRMS
