Ensures that sales and profit targets are achieved for Luxasia PH and LRC, per brand group and per channel
Protects and builds the relationship of Luxasia and LRC and its key retailers to maximize the potential in the market
Looks for new opportunities and channels where Luxasia brands can expand into
Maintains a strong partnership with Luxasia and it’s JVs to ensure they get the best spaces and best rates with the key retailers
Leads and inspires the Key Accounts Team and the LRC Team to ensure they are able to fulfill their tasks

Net Sales Achievement for Luxasia and LRC based on the budget
NPBT targets for Luxasia and LRC based on the budget
Channel development and management for Luxasia and JV brands
Management of Luxasia Key Accounts Team and LRC Team
Principal Accountabilities:
As Head of Sales for Luxasia:
Leads the strategy and development of Luxasia Brands in all channels. This includes managing key accounts, partnering with business managers to arrive at solid trade marketing strategies and plans, defining strategic brand and SKU assortment as well as appropriate planogram and merchandising to have a strong representation in these strategic beauty channels.
Negotiates for trade margins and rentables ensuring that all components of the value chain are maximized.
Prepares bottom up sales forecast as input to Annual Budget Planning
Co-champions monthly S&M meetings and cycle meetings to align the sales organization on objectives, strategies and plans
Delivers the monthly quota for the channel and ensures appropriate allocation of quota to direct reports and frontliners.
Conducts regular business reviews of respective channels and develops the recommended action plans as needed to ensure our brands win in the channel
Champions healthy Customer P&Ls and identifies the right investment model for the channel
Works with the retail team to ensures flawless execution at all points of sale
Provides timely feedback on developments in the channel as well as competitor initiatives
As Head of LRC:
Prepares the Budget and 3 Year Business Plan for LRC which includes a detailed new sales channel strategy for Luxasia brands and its JVs as maybe required by the brands.
Manages the total and by door P&L for each brand being serviced and looks for opportunities to add value to the brands such as plough backs, savings, and other values, etc
Builds relationships and ensures close coordination with key stakeholders:
Internal: Brand / Business Managers, Luxasia Customer Development Team, and other support functions in Luxasia to ensure business objectives are met
External: Mall Management, Local Government Units, BIR, Suppliers, consultants
Identifies, recommends, and secures strategic store spaces for Luxasia and its JVs
  • Retail or FMCG with background in the Beauty Industry. Background in working with SM Malls, Ayala Malls, Rockwell Malls, Megaworld, Watson’s Group, SM Dept Stores, Rustan’s, Robinsons
  • Degree in Business/Marketing/Sales or relevant discipline with at least 5 years prior work experience in MNC,FMCG and Retail
  • Excellent oral and written communications in the English language
  • Solid analytical, communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly knowledgeable in MS office application and P&L management
  • Strong Negotiation Skill
  • Possess Winning Attitude in handling internal and external customers.
  • Critical skills: strategic, people management, effective negotiation, building partnership
