Our client is the leading global digital marketing services organization (agency) operating in multiple countries.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Functional Team Management: oversee and manages the social function and team including the on-boarding and development of this team. Leads a weekly functional community call with the team to connect them with initiatives across the area and globe.
- Stakeholder Engagement: collaborates with the area leads and CMO on social media execution. Advises area HQ on social media guidelines and collaborates with area PR and comms teams to advise on social media initiatives.
- Social Strategy & Consultancy: Ensures all area team members are familiar with media guidelines and governance. Works with Data & Insights team to evaluate campaign results and provides input on content quality to the comms team. Ensures brand compliance and supports the area in the event of a PR crisis in collaboration with local PR and Comms agencies.
- Best Practice Sharing: Curates and showcases area insights and best practices and liaises with peers from other markets to capture global best practices.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Required Competencies/Skills:
- Proven skills in written and verbal communications
- Basic business, systems, and process analysis
- Demonstrated understanding of social media, related tools and best practices
- Ability to articulate and evangelize services with stakeholders
- Relationship management, collaboration and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft brand and products
Required Experience:
- University degree
- 4-7 years solid marketing communications (agency or client side) with a focus on Social Media
- People/team management experience required
- Amenable for a dayshift and hybrid setup (will not be forced to work in the office)
- Amenable in travelling to BGC, Taguig
