CLIENT:
Client is a Chinese start-up Real Estate Firm.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• As a design manager you’re involved in the initial concept, design, development and management of projects in the field of construction
• DESIGN
- Manage the conceptual Design Delivery for Estate developments and Infill City Projects
- Ensure that design meets aesthetic and cost standards
• PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Ensure proper implementation of design from preliminary design phase to project completion
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including, but not limited to: design, material procurement and installation, as well as administrative tasks for the assigned site
- Supervise the project to ensure that it is progressing as expected, reporting its status to the business on a regular basis
- Inspect progress and work quality during and after the construction project to ensure a high -quality output is delivered
• OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT
- Oversee man-hour monitoring, project milestone, schedule and delivery, site inspection, approval of materials, among other business
- Manage contractual obligations
JOB QUALIFICATION
• Must possess a professional license in Architecture
• At least 7 years of related work experience
• Preferably holding a superviso ry role in his/her current capacity
