JOB DESCRIPTION

Management: Individual Contributor, responsible for developing and implementing standard reports and in-depth analysis of data to help identify trends, opportunities and solutions based on the analysis.
Geographical Scope: Affiliates in scope covering MS, EP, RC and GRP in the Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa, and Americas regions.

Functional Scope: Development and implementation of business standard reports using methods in data mining, trend analysis and modelling; in-depth analysis of data using data analytics methods. Covers the functions in TGSP: General Ledger, Treasury and Reporting (R2R), Accounts Payables and Payments (P2P) and Accounts Receivable (O2C).

  • Responsible for developing and implementing standard reports, transactional billing templates and in-depth analysis of data to help identify trends, opportunities and solutions based on the analysis.
  • Develop and implement business standard reports using methods in data mining, trend analysis and modeling; in-depth analysis of data using data analytics methods.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to identify reporting needs.
  • Take part in the development and enhancement of standard reporting models to translate business needs into analytics/reporting requirements, and act as an interface with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of end-user reporting solutions.
  • Develop relevant KPIs to measure performance and address business requirements.
  • Understands and extracts relevant information from complex data relationships and develops reports to enable the effective use of the resulting analysis.
  • Provides training support for the use of new reports and tools.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to identify reporting needs.
  • Dynamic and fast paced environment, TGSP has multiple process improvement initiatives and work transition on going at the same time.
  • Capacity to coordinate and work closely with Business Excellence and Operation Teams to support the initiatives for compliance and improvement.
  • Ensure optimum capacity of process equipment is achieved through monitoring key process indicators.
  • Supports the implementation and use of standard reports across TGSP.
  • Ensures that standard reports address the business requirements of the affiliates.
  • Ensures the accuracy of information provided and consistently communicated to the stakeholders.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Has at least 3 years’ experience in SSC environment in relevant job.
  • Relevant Finance and Accounting undergraduate degree, preferably CPA.
    Skills:

    • Technically proficient – Finance & Accounting, reporting.
    • Great PowerPoint/Excel/Visio/SAP knowledge is a must.
    • Good data analysis, data verification; good knowledge of databases and data warehouse structures; knowledge in data mining and reporting tools.
    • Languages – proficiency in English; a second language is a plus.
    • Soft skills: Accuracy and precision, problem solving, innovation, results orientation, client orientation.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally, Ability to manage time and tasks proactively under time constraints, Ability to multitask and deliver against tight deadlines.
