JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for providing guidance to the Performance Engineering Team in maintaining excellent support to our Commercial Customers and Stakeholders.
- Responsible for overall workforce management, ticket management through the available CMMS Tools and ensure deliverables are provided within SLA.
- Responsible in ensuring appropriate tools and trainings are provided to the team to deliver results effectively.
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of the business processes being supported.
Imparts training to the newly onboarded member in the team.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, Computer/Telecommunications); at least 5+ years of relevant work experience
- With advanced understanding of PV technology, solar power, power generation, data acquisition
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Experienced in any Ticket Management Platform, and familiar in any CMMS platform
