Business Development Head


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities and trends in the water sector.
  • Analyze competition and market conditions to inform decision-making.
  • Business Strategy: Develop and implement business development strategies for the water infrastructure portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and structure deals to maximize value for all parties involved.
  • Proposal Development: Lead the development of proposals for water infrastructure projects.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure proposals align with project requirements and objectives.
  • Evaluate potential water infrastructure projects for feasibility and financial viability.
  • Collaborate with technical and financial teams to assess project risks and opportunities.
  • Stay informed about relevant regulations and ensure that all business development activities comply with legal requirements.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on business development activities, progress, and achievements.
  • Contribute to strategic planning sessions and business reviews.


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Environmental Science).
  • Proven experience in business development within the water or infrastructure sector.
  • Strong understanding of water industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess project feasibility and financial aspects.
